From Mr. Doug Kaelin, BUSD Superintendent and BHS Principal:
On behalf of the faculty and staff, I want to welcome you to Biggs High School. We hope that your time spent at Biggs High School will be both meaningful and productive. Students and Parents should remember that teachers, administers, counselors and support staff are always available to make sure each student is progressing towards his/her goals and ambitions. Biggs High School is a place where students are given many opportunities to excel in the classroom and in extra-curricular activities. We offer an array of courses meeting college A-G requirements; last year's graduating class left Biggs for schools like Stanford, Pepperdine, Santa Barbara, and Chico State to name a few. Two students in the class of 2010 received full Bill Gates scholarships (only 25 were given in the U.S.). Biggs offers a full men's and women's athletic program and an outstanding FFA program. Several clubs are offered to students to enrich their time at Biggs High School. Please do not hesitate to call upon us at any time.

Biggs, located in Butte County, in Northern California, is a small community with a population of about 2,000. Currently we have 200 students in high school.
